I am an Integrative Health Practitioner & Fitness Trainer who believes God designed us to live life to the full. I believe our bodies were designed to heal. As an Integrative Health Practitioner, I get to the root cause of symptoms and illness by using functional medicine lab testing, specific plans and protocols, detoxification processes, and balance/ replenishing the bodeies deficiencies. Although I work with anyone, I am passionate about helping people with gut dysbiosis, weight loss, chronic fatigue, prenatal & postnatal moms.
I will help you support your body and rebalance your deficiencies so you can live life to the full.

One-on-One Program
This is a bio-individual plan and I work along side of you every step of the way. I will work with you on getting to the root cause of your symptoms. We will use functional medicine lab testing, your story, health history, and your symptoms to investigate what is going on. Then using targeted nutrition, detoxification, supplementation, stress reduction, and lifestyle changes we will get your body in an optimal state!

Functional Medicine Lab Testing
Using the best functional medicine lab testing can really help provide the information we need to help you rebalance and realign your body to bring it back to homeostasis. This is also bi-individual and lab testing will be based off your story & your symptoms. Many functional medicine lab testing options available.

Everyone has a unique design. Through proper nutrition, detoxification, diet, exercise, and supplementation we can get your body back to health. You will feel vibrant, healthy, and strong.
